Has anyone painted a green rzr yet, i need some help it doesnt want to stick all that well.

Looked into it awhile back for restoring my ATC => easier to buy new plastic in that case.

For what its worth, this is what I found:

but I haven't tried myself. Also, in my offshore boat days, 3M, PPG, Dupont and ColorRite had products for plastic adhesion.

their is something different about the green rzr plastic, its almost oily feeling. the red and other atv and utv are ok to paint.

Oh... didn't know there was a difference, bw red and green plastic. Mines red.

Side note, maier is in the process of offering plastic for the rzr, which is not nearly as expensive as the Fullbore plastic, ...could paint that.

I wonder if its a urethane plastic? That is some slippery, oily stuff in some molds and extrusions. Maybe wipe it all down real well with laquer thinner and then sand lightly? Just a thought, do a small part first whatever you do!
