we just got our kasea back together. new carb, intake and top end rebuild. quad ran great for about an 1/2 hour than it quit. no spark. tried new plug, checking connection on killswitch. took plastic off looking for a short in the wiring. wow. wires everywhere. we no longer use the battery. my question is what wires do i need and what can i get rid of? also what does the wires coming out of the top of the motor for? (4 wires) thanks for any help or ideas.

You need to get a no rev limit cdi off e-bay, remove the stock wiring harrness and pm me and we can go over the wiring it's not hard at all. If you like pm me your phone number and I'll give you a call

coil will be here on thur and cdi is ordered will try these irst then move to the stator. man was i lost til i talked to you saturday.
