my buddy has a mainly stock ltr450 2006 model has a bumper and thats about it, plastic isnt the best shape tires arent either so it needs tires he wants to sell it to me for 3300 is that a good deal on an 06 model? please respond asap i need suggestions

Hard to say without seeing it. But if everything is good except plastic and tires I would say you are getting one heck of a deal!!!

Look it over good... Stand it up on the rear grab bar to look over the underside... Take it for a ride... Take a friend with you that has experience with quads. Sometimes in all the excitement of buying something you miss stuff, having someone else along can help. If other than scratched plastics and worn out tires, if it looks mechanically sound and runs good, welcome to the LT-R450 world!

well i know alot about quads but i have never had suzuki and i heard rumors that 06's werent that good and all but i may buy an 04 long travel yfz450 for the same price im debating on it

get it if it runs good an everything works it will have a lil less low end power but it will still be the best stock bike its not going to beat a after market but yeah you will need a c-bomb or pciii for it to go its top speed
