Will an '07 Subframe fit on an '05 Frame???

I cracked my subframe yesterday and need a new one. I have the line on a like new 2007 YFZ450 Subframe. I called a local dealer and he told me that part numbers were different. Meaning that the subs were probably different.

Can anyone tell me if they can be compatible through a small mod or if they just wont fit w/out major work?

I would like to be riding again next weekend. Any help would be GREAT!
