Can you put 250 R plastics on a Honda 400 EX? Would I have to get different mounts or somthing? where would I buy this? Thanks!

I have seen this posted quit a bit. But no one has really gave a direct answer. I think you might have to buy a R gas tank and for the rest I THINK you would just have to buy the plastics and try to retroe fit it. But I'm not sure.........

Why do you want to do that anyway. Do you have the case of " I should have bought a R"

If you try it or find out some info please let us know.

you people are crazy! for years all i heard about was how expensive 250r parts were. now you have it made plactic for $150.

Don't get me wrong I really like my 4 stroke. But your not going to spend as much money on a R as you would a 4 stroke. R's There faster from the get go and a good foundation, witch is why I think there using the"race proven" 15 year old R anyway. Maybe I'm slightly old school but I like the EX and R plastics. Yam., Suz., kaw. plastics to me look like praynmanthes'

. Anyway to each his own and who really cares what other people think.
