stock 300ex runs about 55mph, with only a cdi box you won't be much over that.

If you have the HP to pull it (depending on your mods) w/ stock gearing and stock tires you can pull about 60mph w/ the increased rev limit.

Stock is 55mph +/- as indicated above.
