87' lt 80

I just purcahsed a 1987 lt80. The guy I bought it from said it has not run in over a year. He says the motor will turn over but won't crank. He says the rear wheels won't turn either. (If your wondering I have not picked it up yet, going to get it next week). With all this said where should I start? We have some newer LT80's which are the kids, I bought this one to build and play around with for me.

Could be as simple as the brakes locked up on the rear.

Clean the gas tank and carb.
