Watercooled plastic propeller fix?

OKAY all you cnc guys, who's going to be the first to make a propeller out of something besides the cheap plastic? I just opened mine up (just to paint the outer part different from the cover) and found my propeller in pieces. I don't have any idea how long it has been like this either. SCARY! I knew there was a reason not to go to Pell City.

Yes there is a need for a better design for all WC mini's
Has been a issue for us as well

THEY ARE COMING.

Hey Woody, Got any kind of time line? This is not a good thing because you never know when there is a problem until it may be too late. I've got a rebuild kit on the way but I'd rather not ever have to worry about it.
Thanks

Also who might be making them,so we all can race to the
phone to get or order in......

I cannot get the link to work right but type in water pump in the bottom left corner to see the different types of pumps.

Here's a pic of it.

http://i26.tinypic.com/aktqop.jpg It will be 30 to 40 days. The new ones will have a CNC impeller.

will it work on all watercooled mini's ?

It will work on all minerelli/jog style minis.

Well Bill you must be making some progress since you talked to me about those last.

Yes Kevin I can get the plastic one like the one in the pic now. But Iam wating for the CNC impeller ones. 40% more flow less overheating is good right.

Again, Woodsracer22, What kind of time line are you looking at to get one of these in my hand. I am now scared - too much money in this motor to have a cheap plastic part fail.

Unfortunately he said 30-40 days. You will probably need to get the stock replacement in the meantime. These will be very nice when they come in though.
