Has anyone ran razr 2's up front on the dunes? I'm buying a set of fronts for this season but I won't have them for opening day of silver lake. I know they will work for a weekend but how well will they work?

The razr 2 will work fine. They break the sand more causing more resistance than the typical front sand tire which is lighter and floats better on top of the sand. All in all you will be fine,,just dont bet the bank account racing someone with front sand tires,,,it probably would be the reason they beat ya! Lol !!!
