What kind of grease does everyone use to lube up the camshaft and anyplace else that requires it during a top end rebuild?

I have some Mobil 1 grease and it says that its for extreme pressure so I figure that might work in there but im not sure.

I always use 4 stroke oil.

I've always used engine assembly lube. Bel-ray makes some good stuff, as does many other companies.

I got some 4 stroke oil laying around I guess i'll just use that. Thanks
