i baught an aftermarket skidplate an the two bolts broke holding one end of the skidplate to the swingarm..after that happened i must of hit something really hard causing the other end to brake off the mount that it bolts on to. the actual mount that is welded to the swingarm broke off at the weld an i was wondering if i can weld it back on or if there is any other way to keep it on there.

Should be able to have someone weld the bracket back on for you. It's just mild steel, so nothing special.
