got the back plate, was wondering if anyone had the complete system that they weren't using and wanted to get rid of...

and what are all the parts i do need?
cdi, coil, wiring harness, stator....do i need the flywheel also? is that all?

Yes you need flywheel and adapter plate ct or esr both make them. If you are not a real aggresive rider you might want to add a flywheel weight because the CR flywheel is 21.8oz lighter than the trx. 37.3 vs. 15.5 hope this helps.
