Does anyone here know of an available headlight rock guard/grill for a '03 250ex?
I am picturing something similar to the wire mesh, or plastic grills used on the headlights of a Baja-bug, or offroad truck.

any pics or links?

I've never seen anything like that for the 250ex...only the 250x/300ex's...The headlight guard would be almost useless on the 250ex IMO. There isn't really any solid support behind the light to give the grill anything to connect firmly to. Anything that might hit the guard is just going to smash the light along with it. If you are just looking for the "look" then you could always trim one to fit from a slightly larger off road light and find a way to attach it to the headlight.
