I was woundering if anybody new of a good place to get the 250 a little port and polish work. Also wondering if i would need to get new vavles and valve springs.

I would recommend Jerry Killian at Killian's Porting Service.

New valves would not be necessary, and if you are staying with the stock cam, valve springs would not need to be replaced.
