we are looking to get some more power out of an '05 Pred 90, what have most of you guys done to squeeze out some extra ponies? Any big bore kits? clutch mods? bigger crabs, etc? Let me kno what works, etc. Not looking to spend over $1k.

(we already have a stage 1 Hetrick power-up up kit)

good pipe, 24mm carb with new intake and reeds, stock reeds are steel. lighter rollers, new rear clutch springs and torsion spring, make sure your compression is about 160 to 180 and a new no rev limit cdi.
