What are you guys running? I tried an older ASV lever I had, and it doesn't work, cable is too long. Do you have to run a different clutch cable?

You'll have to get the universal one. THats probably what you have already. I got the one for the kfx400 and you'll have to adapt it to the cable. Ive been thinking if Terry Cable could make up a clutch cable for it. I'll have to get the phone number off suzuki center.

Got the front brake lever fitted nicely.

I tried the universal shorty that I had on my Z and it didnt work either.

Is it possible you need a barrel extender for the asv on the kfx450 like you need for the ltr?

call ASV and ask they should know and they will get you one.
