I need to know how to adjust the stock front shocks on my 07 300ex.Please help!

You'll see a stepped collar on the shock body. It has stepped notches in it (5 if I remember right). You use those notches to set the pre-load.
You need to compress the springs to get tension off to twist it. Or, you can muscle it. It's easiest to do with the quad sitting up on its grab bar.
There's no compression or rebound adjustment on them.

Can I say none? lol. 300ex shock valving bottoms out very easy.
Depends on your weight, though. When I had mine stock, I used to run it at 1 notch down from the highest setting. I was 175-180lbs though.
