I currently have a 400ex. I'm planning to upgrade to a 700r. How you guys like this ATV?? How is the maintence. I do trail riding.

I LOVE my 700r and wouldn't trade it for anything out there right now. The raw power combined with a smooth ride is why I love my 700. The ktm525 is a very nice quad that you might want to take a look at. Maintence on the 700 is just like or less than your 400. All it requires is the normal oil change, air filter cleaning and grease everything. Other than that, there really isn't any other maintence you have to worry about. Keep in mind the 700r has more torque than a 400ex has power. Respect it and ride with sense

you will love the 700 the only time you will miss the ex is on very very tight trails.

i love my 700. Its a bit bulky from time to time but i manage. I still like the 400's too though, no matter if they are dinosaurs or not. One of the best trail bikes made imo.
