Head stay on a lonestar baja frame?

Just about done with my lonestar 250r build. Can anyone tell me if the lonestar baja frame was designed to use a head stay? I'm not planning on attaching it to the head but is the frame designed to have the crossbar in there for structural support? If so does anyone know if its supposed to use the stock head stay bar or did LSR make a special one for the frame? I bought the frame used and don't know whats all supposed to be with it.

I have a lsr baja frame. I bought it used and it came with the headstay. The stock one wont directly bolt up as far as i know. Hope this helps......
