What should I use? I have a Lt80 that has an oversize piston, larger carb, widened and aftermarket suspension.

It will primarily be ridden on fire trails, and woods riding..

You can go up one tooth on the front.
1989's and up have the 520 chain. A Blaster 11 tooth fits.

still stay w the 520? or go to the 428? stock on rear?

Your call.
Staying w/520 and going to a 11 tooth front, means that you may need a chain adjuster.
If you go to the 428, you will go from a 12/26 (stock gearing) to a 13/26 which fits a chain about as perfact as it gets.
I use #40 chain on the 428 sprockets.
