my buddy just went and got a new 08 yfz450 se today it looks pretty sweet. he also put an ironman full pipe on it, sounds tits up. i was wanting to kinda know how everybody has their stock suspension set up for wood riding. any info would be appreciated.

I have an 08 and I'm still dialing the suspension in... All I can say is don't be shy with the low speed compression... I'm at 5 clicks out from stock right now and it could probably be a tad bit softer still... Overall I'm very happy with the stock shocks..

You just have to mess with them a bunch to find what's right for you.... Read as much as you can about adjusting shocks and you should be able to dial the stockers in pretty well.. They seem to be good shocks,, just a little stiff...

speaking about shocks, has anyone had problems with leaking shock oil. mine have no rebound it seems like.

No rebound that could be the rebound can be adjusted wrong. I wish I new how to adjust a shock becuz I bottom out on jumps.
