I mainly tried to support the front end because it takes most of the beating. What the pics dont show is where I gussetted the steering stem mount. becaus it WILL crack after lots of jumping. We drove about a 5" piece of solid stock down the tubes of the steering mount to help stiffen it upand then welded gussets on both sides to the mount and the down tube where the solid stock was placed. Hope this helps

Thanks for the pics. Also is the front the only spots you gusset?

We also gusseted the frame under the fuel tank where the frame comes to an angle on both sides and also you need to weld in thicker motor mounts so as to take the beating that a more powerful motor will put out.

Do you remember the OD of the tubing you used to drive down the down tubes? Sounds like a good Idea?
