No one knows yet. You'll only know for sure when Honda releases the 09 info.

People on here been saying the 450r is guna get EFI every year since 06. lol

Its going to happen but no one knows when. If i had to guess id really like to say 2010.

Now with suzuki's 08 rmz450 being fuel injected im sure all the other manufactorers will follow. Its like what dirtrider said. EFI is here to stay so deal with it!

I won't have to "deal" with efi at all. I love the ease of tuning, and once the "kinks" are worked out, it is a much more desirable and higher performing alternative than a traditional carburetor setup.

True i cant wait for it either. But theres so many people that think its a bad idea and are very against it. Theres definatly no kinks to work out. Every atv that is EFI currently runs flawlessly.
