I WAS WONDERING , IM GOING TO BUY A QUADTECH VENTED HOOD, I CLLD AND THEY WOULD HAVE THEM IN STOCK IN ABT 2-3 WEEKS, I HAVE A 250R NOSEPIECE IN BLACK AND IM TAKING OFF MY LIGHTS. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT COMES OUT GOOD AND IS IT HARD, ALSO WHERE CAN I SEE PICS OF IT? THNX

I was wondering the same thing. I just bought one from K&K. Do you already have a nosepiece on your quad? I am wondering where to put the switch and neutral light. I saw a guy at a track that had a maier nosepeice and he just had the key dangling around the steering stem and it didnt look trick. I oredered the red one because they were out of black ones.
Quadtech now makes front plastic (race) that looks better than any fullbore or maier. They also make air scoops to direct air to the engine and oil cooler. Hope this helps.

I really like those 400ex air scoops, I never knew that they made air scoops for the 400 they look pretty trick too. I wonder how much more it cools the oil?

I have seen a handlebar clamp with a place for your key to go in Dirtwheeles. I will see if I can find it fo ya.

Ya it is tmm that makes one to hold your key. Holds a prodesign kill switch also. I think it looks bad though so i just got done ordering a nacs handlebar clamp and some other mods listed below.
