Has anyone used on of the steering stem mounts with the antivibe mounts on it? Do they install on stock steering stem, and did they help out much?

any kind of risers that have the rubbere mounts on them and maybe raise the bars like an 1 inch.

thats what it is, but i think i got a used houser stem alot cheaper and it already has the anti vibe riser on it so i think i am going that route
