Yes I found it last night thank you, but I put a 120 main and did not mess with the e-clip because it was already at the 3rd slot and I did not mess with the fuel mixture screw. So when i went to rev it I slowly hit the gas and then wide open after the enging warmed and when I let off the gas it had loud back fire. Is this the main jet that is too big or do I have to mess with the Fuel/air mixture screw?

bigger pilot. Pilot controls Idle - 1/4 throttle, and it controls the fuel on deceleration. Backfiring when letting off the throttle is caused by lean conditions. A bigger pilot should work and idk about the A/F screw.

Ok you alredy told me that, I am asking other people.

That seems like a really big main jet.

CDI will not change your jetting. It only controls timing, ignition, and rev limiter really.

you have to big a main jet i run a 110 with eclip on 4th postition with wat is in my signature and it runs perfect or u could use the 112

Jesus where to begin.... Okay the needle jet itself is directly under the main.Anytime you adjust the timing your jetting will be affected regardless of how its done.. Put the eclip one notch lower and then go ride it and see what happens.

ok i went out riding the other day and I had just installed my HMF,K&N, and no airbox lid. I put in a 115 main and fuel mixture screw 3 and a half turns out. I did not change the e or c clip. I noticed when I was riding that I didnt feel very much of a gain at all and it kept backfiring in 1st 2nd and a little in 3rd on deceal. Should I adjust the e clip or c clip, and should I lower my main?
