anyone know if their are any up grades a person could do for a raptor 250's power? without spending much money

It depends on your elevation. id say increase your main jet by 1 or 2 sizes and turn your fuel mixture screw out and go from there

pipe, air filter, rejet, aftermarket cdi and thats all you can really do withou poopin out lots o dollars

It's not that simple! You have to know how to read a plug. If you jet to lean it could cost you your motor. If your not confident get help.
