It may be the chain slapping against guide plate.

you have a swingarm skid? is the ticking more of an annoying grind? skidplates loose, time to get out the loctite (or thats what happened to mine)

It doesn't do it all the time only ones in awhile during hard acceleration It's something like 2 ticks within an half second and then 1 or 2 more ticks, wierd any answers

mine was rattling at high revs took it to the dealer they told me it was skid plate vibrating on my frame stuck some rubber here and there fixed it
