If I thought I had found a really good deal of +2 A Arms on ebay what would I need for a complete installation

BURGARD +2+0 EXT A ARMS WITH TIERODS, BALLJOINTS, AND BUSHINGS THEIR IS A SLIGHT BLEMISH IN THE SILVER VEIN PC

Would this be everything needed to install them?

Brakelines and some decent shocks and your in business.

You don't need extended brake lines, the stock ones will reach (you may have to take the mounts off and zip tie them). However, stainless braided lines (+2) are worth the money. Like mentioned above, your stock shocks will not perform very well at all with extended arms. Otherwise looks like everything you'll need to mount the arms.
