my 01 660 r wont start when i put it in netural the green light dose not go on but when i press the start button the red light comes on not the reverse but the other 1
what is light signaling

dam thing wont go in nuteral
is ther any way to by pass the nuteral start so it starts in any gear

find the wires leading from the clutch lever and wire them together

fuse box keeps on clicking when i try start it

What you called the fuse box is really the start relay or solenoid, plus the one fuse that the bike uses, plus a spare fuse.

If the starter relay clicks, the associated switches and wiring harness are all good and the starter should start unless

1) your relay (solenoid) is bad - Short across the two large lugs on the solenoid. If the starter turns over, the relay is bad.

2) the starter or the cable leading from relay to the starter is bad

3) the battery is bad or requires a good charge

4) the battery cable connections are loose or dirty - clean and re-tighten them (also check the battery's ground cable connection down at the engine)

If the relay buzzes... not just a single click, your battery is dead.

That's about all that can be bad to cause your symptoms.

The temperature light is supposed to illuminate when you push the start button as a bulb check... it's the only bulb that tells you that there's a problem and I guess Yammi thought it worth putting a bulb check circuit (just a diode) in.
