Hey guys I have a 400ex and the old owner painted the motor black now it is partly stripped off and looks like poo... should I use a good paint stripper on the fins of the motor, and also what else should I use to clean it once the old paint is off... thanks

aircraft remover comes in an aersol can at autozone, walmart etc works real good. also product called zip strip works good.

after you get the paint off you could either polish them up or prep and have powdercoated so it lasts
