EZ Pull Clutch Perch/Lever?

I have decided to set up my 250R to run a few hare scrambles a year. Mostly protection items like aftermarket skid plates, required nerf bars, and possibly new bars to preserve the OE stuff. My one area of concern is the pretty stiff clutch pull on my 88, particularly w/ the ESR HD clutch assembly. Does anyone have any experiences with aftermarket perches that allow for an easier pull? I know already that I'll be suffering from some serious arm pump before my first race with it....it occasionally gets to me on long trail rides as is.

thanks!!

I like my easy pull with hd clutch springs. But if I was ever to spend money on a clutching system I'd get the Magura Hydraulic clutch, pretty much eliminates the "pull". But it is expensive, and another bunch of stuff to go wrong, and from what I've heard from a few people hard to set up... but I'd go with that if you can afford it in your budget.

make sure you have it adjusted correctly. lube the cable often also.

New cable, stock springs, RTC easy pull lever.

Like butter - almost.

Yeah, I have a new cable, but the damn HD springs are killing it. I'll try and RTC easy pull lever....that may work well enough. If not, stock springs are going back in.

Thanks!
Rob

Slower than butter. I don't expect it'll be done till 09.

I don't think 250R can fit 400ex, maybe the other way.

I think I might see if an ASV lever will work on there.

Thanks! Got both levers...the idea of the adjustable front brake lever to take up the slop in the stock master cylinder sounded appealing too. I'm going to order up some OE springs now too since the ESR HD springs aren't necessary w/ the power I am currently making (.75mm overbore with cleigh ported stock jug, 38 carb, pipe, ESR head w/ 22 psi dome (180 psi), CR250 reed cage, no airbox cover). Hopefully I'll be arm pump free racing my R in two weekends
