we all were out riding today me and my g.f on her 250ex, my friend on his 400 and a few more bikes. well the 450f got infront of my buddy on the 400ex and he roosted him hard. a rock his the head light so hard it smashed it back into the platic, the lights fine not cracked but its way back in the black plastic thing. how can we remount the light back into the plastic so he don't have to buy a new light. we have no idea what to do. that 450fs roost is nasty. i love that bike too. the supension is a little hard though.

use DEVCON plastic welder.you can get it at Kmart.there is an old thread on how to fix them way way back,it might even be in the old forum.see if leo can help you find it.
