Ok, im going to be building a hybrid in the near future.
Im using a stock 400ex frame that will be getting gusseted.
What I want to know, is which engine would be asier to put in the frame. A YZ426f, YZ450f, or CRF450R?
And also, how can I get the kicker to clear my side panels? I run the stock plastics, so I can already see clearance issues there.
Thanks,
Justin

Make sure you gusset the area up top the YZ head stay area.
After you get the engine mounted in the EX frame....
Some use a yz 250 kicker, that works out nice.
I`ve shorted the OEM 426/450 kick lever.
PM me your e-mail,I have a few pics of that head stay area.
Also a auto-decomp exhaust cam is nice in the 426 engine.
Good luck.
Oh yeah.....you have an oil tank yet for the yz engine?
