any other model quad nerfs fit 250R?

Hey, guys, so we know that some other parts from other quads fit the R, (with little or no modification) like the Z400 bumpers, 400EX a arms, etc..... have we found out if any other nerfbars will come close to our R's? I really would like to run heal gaurds. anyone have any suggestions?

if your handy with a welder i honestly dont see why a set of pro peg type for a 450r or 400ex cant be made to work.

I have a set of AC nerfs with heelguards from a Polaris Predator. I've tried some other models. The most common problem is if they are too long, they cause problems with the pipe. If you can weld, pretty much any part can be made to fit anything. I can take some pics when I get home.

I put a set of 450r blackline series on my 88 250r and I had to heavily modify them. The asses at AC racing said it would bolt right up. Boy they have no friggin clue. After dealing with them for months and months, I would never buy from them again. I will post a topic on how I modified my Blackline series AC Racing nerf bars with heal guards tomorrow. I've updated my orginal thread about the AC Balckline Propegs, and how I had to heavily modify them to work. Here is the link again:
