is 3x6 offset in rear wider or narrower than stock?

It will be about a 1" wider on each side. Roughly 2 inch wider total.

ya thats right. isnt stock 4+5?

I think stock is closer to 3+5 since it is an 8" wide rim.

Actually 3+6 might be 2 inches wider. I know my 4+5 offset hipers with I razr tires the back is 45 inches. Isnt the stock rear width 44 inches?? Does anyone know the stock width?

With 11" wide aftermarket tires on the 3+6 wheels you do gain 1" on each side(2" total). With 10" wide stock tires you only gain 1/2" per side (1" total).
