Read it in another post and wanted to see if any else has done this z400 bumper on the R?If so, that opens up more options to what we can buy for our R's...... Thanks alot

After reading on another site, i see it should work but may need some washers on the bottom mounts to fill the aprox 1/2" gap on each side...Or just bend it in a little bit.........

i believe the tops are the same. if i remember my z400 bumper wouldn't fit on my ex.

Does the ex bumper fit the R?Just wondering because i was told a z400 bumper would fit and i ordered one for my R......

The Z400 and 450r bumpers are the same thing. I have a 450r bumper on my 250r with only having to use some washers as spacers on the bottom bolts.

i tried my ex bumper to my R. it just needs spacers on the bottom mounts.

The z-400 bumper bolts right up to the R. I took a pro armor bumper off my z to see if it would interchange and it bolted right up as if it was made for the R. I am running a AC z-400 bumper on my R right now. Hope this helps
