just want to know if a lawn mower solenoid might work on my 400ex( just a thought they are $8)

Also, why be a cheepy, just look on eBay and you could get one for about 15..

yes it would work. you could even use an old ford starter solenoid, those are beefier and i would imagine they would last longer than the honda part.

how would that affend anybody? well if you are a 400ex lover like some of my buddys, or just a honda lover. i thought just being so cheap thinking it would affend someone,sorry.
