first of all who makes aftermarket exhausts for the 125. what makes an aftermarket exhaust better than the original on the 125. if the diameter of the pipe is the same are you really gaining anything? are they flowing more air out. has anyone tried a differant exhaust and been able to tell the differance? $300.00 bucks is alot to spend on just a differant sounding pipe. thanks for youre thoughts.

You can get a nice pipe from tboltusa for $129 30mm big bore pipe!

i just put a BBR pipe on my sons ty125. sounds really good but cant tell a power differnce. luckily it is just a loaner for advertising for my friends pitbike shop so i didnt have to pay for it.

pipes on theses small motors are only worth 1- 1 1/2hp its not day and night!

1 to 1/1/2 hp rejet carb thats a deffernce.on a 125.better mid more top end.

When you're paying 200-300 dollars it's not worth it. I think the stock pipe is fine myself. I'll put that money toward a cam and portwork first. Maybe even a 146 kit.

yes this is money well you put a cam head or cyl on you still need to flow.after market pipe still flows better than stock.exhaust.larger pipe.on a dyno.

thats the question i was trying to ask. are the aftermarket pipes any better for the 125? to me it seems if there not any bigger around (id) no matter what you do as far as increasing air flow, you wont be gaining anything by adding a aftermarket pipe.

The FMF pipe has a bigger ID - don't know how much you actually gain from it....

1 -1/1/2 from fmf.over stock.with rejetting of carb.and uni filter.

You're saying that as if the stock pipe is restricted. IT'S NOT! It's already a "Performance pipe". It's still going to have enough airflow to gain HP. You're confusing stock as the pipe that comes on the average bike. This is not your average stock pipe... It's a "Performance pipe" that comes stock on the bike.
