I have a twin air filter kit with the buckets. The cleaner said to pour the whole bottle into the bucket to clean the filter. I was wondering if you can leave the cleaner in the bucket and reuse it?

i would say no.

the bottle is 4 liters, and the bucket has a stand so the filter will stay above the dirt at the bottom.

You can reuse it. I usually use a solvent to clean the filter and old oil off, then clean it w/ dish soap and rinse w/ warm water afterwards so even if there is some dirt or grit in the solvent you get it on the 2nd rinse.
you could probably use a coffee filter or paint strainer and filter it too if you really wanted to.

Keep it bottled up for next time
