So does anyone else out there know why people want so much for theese damn things used? I can get a rappy 700 06/07 for $5000 or less... thats name brand and it looks good... All of the outlaws I am seeing are going for like $6000-$7000 on craigslist... any ideas where to score a cheap one?

Might be your location but I would think that you could get one for $5k-$6k for an '07 525 IRS. Not sure why they would be asking so much for them used!

One big reason for Raptors being cheap, is they are everywhere. Yamaha floods the market, so the value decreases fast. But you still should be able to get a 07 525 for $5000, but you might need to search a bit. A little harder to come by.

08' 6799.00 OTD with 2 year warranty

07's here the lowest within a 150 miles was 6299.00 before tax lower by 400.00 without the 2 year warranty and zero interest promo.

06' 500's 5499.00

I saw the 2 for $5400 those really are not a bad deal... I just got done talking to the guy... I guess they still have the tags on them and are like brand new...

I am just trying not to loose my *** too bad here if I decide to sell in a year or 2... I have a 05 ltz 400 I have down at $3200 with alot of mods and havent gotten one e-mail... it will prolly sell for under 3... with all the rappys 700's out there for a grand cheaper its kinda hard to justify a $5400 price since I dont think I could get more then $4000 out of it if I decided to sell it...

I dont know... anyone out there keep me posted if anything pops up that I dont catch...
