Has anyone had problems with there antisway bar popping the weld where the gusit is connected to the bar (round stock) left side. Landing to hard on the that side. I''am guessing it's about 480 when it hit the trail, allthough I have lighten it up around 10 for what ever thats worth. If could have have built this atv to same weight as my Outlaw 450 what difference that would have made. The 5 1/4 must be nice 45 lbs. lighter.

that is a know problem on the 06, the 07/08 bars are upgraded but you can get a beefier one form John Gallagher
