Hi guys I am new to the site and new to sport quads, I have been riding utilities forever but just bought my first sport quad in boxes on Friday January 11th. I worked my butt off for the past week and with the help of some friends we got her to fire up for the first time this past Saturday. Anyway thought I would share some pics with you guys of how she looks now. I still have a few more things to do like put the nerfs that were included on, put brakes on her all the way around, grab bar, and some skids but I think she looks pretty good for a week and a day of hard work.

good quad to start out on. what year is it

Well it was purchased in pieces with everything there for one good bike and some parts. The frame is a 90 250X, the motor and tranny, swinger, and most of the miscellaneous parts are 2000 300EX and the front end is 2002 400EX off a friends race 400. The bike was a 300EX that the frame was tweaked on so the guy began taking the bike apart to swap it to the 250X frame and then decided he didn't have the time to do it so it was in storage since June. I bought the bike and put it together in a week with the help of a friend who owns a four wheeler shop and a couple of other guys.
