Any suggestions? The HMF I have now is just to loud, If I keep it I'll need to wear ear plugs with my helmet. My ears were ringing after yesterdays ride in the dunes at Sand Mtn, Utah.

umm idk much about that wheeler, but i think if FMF makes the "Q" for it, that might be something to look into,, cuz i hear they are pretty quiet pipes

Do you have the quiet core for your HMF?($20) There's a substantial difference with it installed. I have the HMF Ironman and open it is very loud, but with the quiet core it's about the same as most aftermarket pipes. I think the FMF for the Dale is quieter yet, though I haven't actually heard one. Black Widow ATV makes an exhaust with a quiet core option too.

if i was going to buy a new exhaust and it had to be quiet, i would get the HMF QRS pipe. If you want to sell your pipe let me know.

You already have the second best exhaust out there. A quiet core will lose a few pounds of torque on the bottom but still have the top end power and be substantially quieter. Dont forget to repack it. `

you might want to check the packing a hmf will not make yours ears ring with your helment on if you have good packing in it i think they are like 102db which is about the same as most aftermarket pipes

I have a quiet core for a cannondale HMF exhaulst. PM me if your enterested. I may even have a screen for it too.
