The build is already well underway. I gusseted the frame and it will be ready for me to powder coat next week.

We are retaining the stock fenders (blue) and will be doing this color scheme on the rest of the quad.

could you post up where you put some of the gussets? i'll be doing mine soon and could use some direction

Brad...I did not take any pics because i was trying to beat the snow storm to get everything to the strippers. The main area i saw that is a MUST do is around where the main frame and stem mount meet. Once you get the plastic off you will immediatley see why. I ended up with 14 or 15 gusset areas and I will post pictures as soon as I get it back.

white frame ona GNCC quad? you must have alot of time bugeted for cleaning!

nope, the white cleans up great. i just received one back from one of our B class riders that I did white last winter. after the season, it literally could have been cleaned and put back in service it did so well
