I HAVE A 01 RAPTOR 660 WITH A BIG GUN RACE FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM.... ANYONE KNOW WHAT SIZE JETTING I SHOULD USE, OR BE SET TO ??? THANKS GUYS...

thats hard to tell with a 686, and the different carb, and who knows what else...

if you'll look at the raptor in my sig, i'v just got done re-jetting it...

with a stock motor, a full exhuast, and a pro design K&N, i would reccomend the following as a starting point...

for the pilots aruond a 25 or 27.5...

for the mains...
with the lid on, a 150 and a 155...
with the lid off, a 160 and a 165...

this is what i've found with mine... im in AZ, low elevation, in the 50s and 60's...

Im runnin a stock carb. The FCR is sittin on a shelf. wanna buy it?? LOL... I cant find a rebuild kit for it, and im pretty happy with the wat my craptor runs now.
