Does anyone have a hot cam in thier outlaw 525? Im looking at putting one in mine to help my top end power. But i dont wanna hurt my low end. Any comments or ideas would be very much appreciated.

im in the process of doina a bunch of work 570 kit head cam everybody has told me to get the 806 from ktm

I have been reading a lot over at KTM talk.com and they don't recommend the Hot Cam unless you go bigbore or a high comp piston because of the bottom end loss. I think you can get back to stock power on the bottom with a 540 kit but not quite back just going high comp. I was told to go with the 8/06 as well, even with the big bore if you do a lot of trail riding. I would say maybe the 8/33 with high comp or the 8/06 if sticking with the stock bore and compression....
