I just installed a 05 450R carb. on a:
465 stroker EX
K/N air box cover
pro design foam filter
White bros. r4 pipe
power bomb header
110 gas

I have a 50 pilot, 190 main in it:
It runs great up until FULL THROTTLE and then it starts hesitating and cracking and popping. WHAT SHOULD I DO? HELP.....

start droppin jet sizes until it stops

FYI--I'm running a 195 main in my 440 stroker, works great from 0-1500ft.

Try a 200 main, if it get's better step up to a 205. If it gets worse, try a 185.
