Which model? The starters are different part numbers between the TRX300, TRX300 EX, etc.

They are available new. The whole assembly runs about $235 or so, but individual parts are also available.

OK, that should be p/n 31200-HC4-033. It shows available at ronniesmailorder.com for $293.99. You can call them at 800 253-7667 after 9:00 am EST if you want to order it.

BTW...if you want individual parts as opposed to buying the whole starter motor assy., you can go to their website at www.ronniesmailorder.com and look at the OEM parts microfiche and locate the parts. They have parts microfiche online for every mfg. and about every model.

I'll look into it, don't plan on spending much over $75 so it looks like used is my way to go...the kick starter is still good.
