I have a HMF Sport Pipe on a 200 Outlaw 525. There is a leak where the slip on pipe meet up to the stock head pipe. Any ideas how to seal it up?

Is the slip on butting up against the lip on the header? I know mine went on tight and had to really encourage the two pipes to fit all the way together!!!! Maybe try getting it together a little better and then crank the clamp a little tighter. I have the same setup as you and am having no trouble with it. If you absolutely can't get it, call them and tell them the issue.

Is it possible that you ended up with an HMF for the 500 Outlaw and not the 525 Outlaw? The 500 head pipe is a little larger diameter, so even though you can get the HMF for the 500 to work it will be loose without a gasket or something.

Thanks for the information on the 500 vs. the 525. I will call hmf and check.

Evasiveone, Turns out you where right about the 500 pipe vs. 525 pie they are different sizes. I took my system to a local muffler shop to have it fixed. Thanks for the help
